The Wedding!!

Brett and Maria were married on June 16th in the San Diego Temple. The marriage ceremony was beautiful! And Maria, of course, was gorgeous!! When Brett wasn't crying like a little girl he was grinning from ear to ear. What a wonderful day, we're so glad to have Maria in the family.


After the wedding there was a ring ceremony , and you can see how cute we all are in our matching outfits.

Keeping all of the 8 flower girls happy and in one place for pictures was an impossible task!

Patting Daddy's cheeks! (like in the song "I'm so glad when Daddy comes home") Brielle was a darling flower girl, Russ had to carry her because when we let her walk down the aisle herself in the trial runs she never quite ended up at the stage with the rest of the flower girls. Brielle was immensely pleased with her flower basket. After dumping out all of her petals, she plucked the petals off of Russell's boutonnière one by one and put them in her basket!!

San Diego Zoo

The day before Brett's wedding we went to the San Diego Zoo, which of course Brielle loved since she is crazy about animals. All of her Streadbeck cousins were there too which made it even more enjoyable. (Brielle loves her cousins!)

Once the cousins came it was twice as fun! Brielle especially loves playing with Mary because they're so close in age and like to do the same things.

And of course the first sunburn of the summer!!
