Danny and Anne's Wedding

So we were lousy photographers and only took about a half hour's worth of pictures, mostly of our children. We knew that there were several others taking pictures of the bride and groom, so we just intended to get their copies before we flew home from California, unfortunately we didn't have time, so those pictures will be posted later. Until then you'll have to take my word that Anne was gorgeous, absolutely dazzling, and Danny looked very dapper and couldn't stop grinning even if he had wanted to! (in the picture above Brielle is holding a rose over her head like a weapon)

Brielle LOVED being with all of her cousins!

The bride and flower girls.

All the cousins
Brielle's holding her elbow because she fell off of the fountain and scraped it up. Fortunately her dress was already red! Hyrum really likes to scrunch up his face before smiling.....or crying.

Brielle swirling and dancing...

The dresses were very long and all the little girls were tripping here and there, so Brielle began lifting her dress HIGH in the air and RUNNING every time she wanted to move around....it was really funny!

Hyrum had an ear infection, roseola, and a fever of 103.5 during the days leading up to the wedding. It wasn't until the wedding reception that his fever broke and he began to enjoy himself.

The place where Danny and Anne had their reception, The Turnip Rose, was honestly one of the most gorgeous places I'd ever seen! Very picturesque!

Danny and Hyrum looking handsome in their finery.

Brielle smelling flowers at the temple...

Brielle was a huge fan of dancing. She wouldn't leave the dance floor for anything! I had no idea she had such talent, too bad I couldn't get a video of it.

Gettin' down!

Sore little feet from all that hoppin' and skippin' about.

roommates, cribmates, and buddies...

Ok, so they don't actually share a crib, but they sure would like to!

See Mom, our eyes are closed, we're sleeping!

Cooking with Mommy

Both of my children LOVE cooking......maybe because I'm always making desserts. =0) Brielle has memorized all the things that go in a batch of cookies, smart girl! Hyrum hasn't learned the ingredients yet, but he DOES know that if it's brown it probably tastes good. (mmmmm....chocolate!)

Thanks for everyone's suggestions, advice, and concern. I took him in and it turns out it WAS roseola. Now Hyrum is much better......and Brielle is in the middle of the fever part of the illness. Yahoo for sick babies.

Is there a doctor in the house??

Okay Moms, has anyone seen this with their child before? Hyrum has a rash, it covers the entire surface of his body from his eyes down, including every little finger and every little toe. The rash started (or at least I first noticed it) on Sunday, it started on his trunk and neck, and has spread and spread til now his whole body is covered. He doesn't have a high fever, or any cold or flu symptoms. He does have a front tooth coming down, and he's on an anti-biotic for an ear infection. (And all last week he had a fever over 103 F) So my question is whether any of you have experienced this either with teething, or could it be Roseola? All comments are welcome!

This last picture doesn't show how red it is because of the flash and the wiggling of the baby, but it's VERY red and blotchy.
