Serengeti

We brought home a bunny from the Forest Park Bunny Bank. The Animal Farm there has an adoption program, you pay a fee, take home the bunny for four days and if you choose to keep the bunny you may, or you can choose not to. We did not intend to adopt a bunny but Brielle really REALLY wanted to have one for a few days.

Serengeti the Lionhead Rabbit (Lionhead being the breed of rabbit, and not a title) He was the sweetest bunny and not the least bit afraid of my boisterous children. We did not choose to adopt him, but it was wonderful to have a bunny for a weekend.

I like this picture because you can see a few of Brielle's bald spots. ;0)

Some like it short.

Last Wednesday Brielle cut her hair, again. She focused primarily on the front sections, so I took her to the hairdresser and we had some bangs put in and a few shorter layers.

Then today (Sunday) we found her in the bathroom with scissors, the hair clippers, and a bottle of peroxide..... empty. She had cut and buzzed several patches of hair, a few all the way to her scalp.

There was really only one thing I could do.

Now her hair is officially shorter than her brother's. Brielle alternates between wanting her hair even shorter, and wondering why it hasn't grown back in yet. And thus launches a bright future in Hair Design.

At least she has a pretty face! Plus she moves so quickly you hardly notice the bald spots. ;)
